“PALACE” is a
company from Gdynia which offers assistance in the organisation of the export of Polish
goods, especially of food.
Our responsibilities are as follows:
- the export of food products, cosmetics and home use chemicals (especially to Polish
communities abroad) as well as the export of brand products because of their price on
Polish market
- the export of fresh, frozen or dried fruit and vegetables
- the export of any other articles depending on the client’s order
- consulting for companies concerning export from Poland and the organisation of a branch,
the import and the distribution in Poland.
We have direct access to producers and wholesalers (We are one of the
the biggest wholesale distributors of food in Poland), as well as extensive knowledge of
the food market, the prices and the producers who have a licence to export their products.
We negotiate for our clients the best prices and the biggest discounts from the price
lists of the producers. We also compare the prices of the producers and the wholesalers,
which we often find different. It is so due to the policy of dissimilar prices for foreign
markets and for the home market. Needless to say, the export prices are much higher than
the prices for the Polish market. Consequently, we try to negotiate the lowest possible
prices for our clients, as we know the approximate costs of the production.
We work only for our client and do our best to increase his profits.
Should our client wish so, we accumulate products from a number of suppliers so that we
can ship multi-assortment goods. We can also provide the goods with stickers with any
additional information in any language the recipient may wish for.
We know the customs and the shipping procedures, we issue EUR.1 and T2L.
The fact that “PALACE” is situated in the Tri-city, in a close vicinity of the
ports in Gdynia and Gdańsk, allows for a considerable savings in the shipping costs:
approximately 400 USD when the costs of shipping from the south of Poland or even from
Warsaw are compared.
We assist our clients in creating their own brands of products: from choosing the
producer, preparing a contract, negotiating the prices, preparing the design to the
printing of the labels.
